Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Happy World, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at Satyambindal.007@gmail.com

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The order was cancelled before shipping.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for refunds.

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email us at Satyambindal.007@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
